Since 2014 MWC has been working hard to ensure that every child is on the path to success. Our Fill A Backpack program prepares students from low-income families for a successful school year and provides them access to the same essential school supplies as their classmates. No child should have to miss out on learning because of factors they can’t control!

Women's-Only Volleyball Event and Expo
Founded by three friends that are passionate about volleyball, community and sisterhood, the Women's-Only Volleyball Event and Expo is the first of its kind. Taking place on Saturday July 26th from 11 am to 5 pm at the Sports Complex of the Islamic Centre of Markham, it features 8 fierce women's teams competing on the court. If you are not competing, the event also includes 30+ incredible vendors in health, beauty and wellness, along with food and drinks to keep you fueled while you shop and watch the competition. The event is free to enter and open to all women and girls (boy's under 10 permitted).
