Sisterhood Softball League of Durham Presents
Sisterhood Softball League of Durham (SSLD) is a non-profit, volunteer-run organization dedicated to providing Muslim women with the opportunity to play softball in the Durham Region. This growing group of enthusiastic, diverse and dynamic women, come together for the love of the game.
Our one-day tournament scheduled for the 4th of August 2024 promises to be a fun event for the entire family with activities including:
- face painter
- henna artist
- carnival games
- food snacks for sale
- video booth and much more!
All proceeds go to charity.
SSLD is proud to raise funds for Muslim Welfare Canada Homes. The homes, which are located locally in the Durham region help women and their children make the transition from experiencing homelessness and marginalization to safety and peace.
